Simada ltd. company started its journey in hospitality and tourism in 2019 with the opening of our two guesthouses. Our main aim is to revitalize properties and localities with potential, creating leisure spaces offering comfort at an affordable price. Our houses are distinguished by the fact that guests can be completely independent. For this purpose, we have equipped a kitchen with a dining area, a barbecue and a green garden with places to eat at each house. Both sites offer individual accommodation as well as group bookings of the whole house on occasion. Over the years we have gained quite a few regular guests, for which we are extremely grateful! We currently have two operating guesthouses - Simada Green in the town of Varshets and Simada Blue in the villa area above Golden Sands resort, which is a seasonal one. The opening of our newest facility - Simada Center guesthouse in the very center of the town of Varshets is coming soon. More information to come!!!

Simada Center guesthouse just opened recently in the town of Varshets. It features the architecture of the old town and is situated just couple of steps away from the main pedestrian alley and most restaurants and points of interest. Тhe house is suitable for large gatherings and events and can accommodate up to 28 persons comfortably. There are different accommodation options – double rooms, some with additional beds, as well as 4 studios for 4 persons each.The shared facilities include Relaxation area ( jakuzzi, steam bath and sauna), self-service kitchen and large indoor dining area and a playground. Guest can also the BBQ and tables in the yard.

Simada Green guesthouse

Guesthouse Simada Green opened for guests in the town of Varshets in 2019 and since then we have been experiencing growing popularity. Thanks to the comfort and tranquility that the house offers, many of our guests return again and again for their vacation with us! The house can accommodate up to 14 people in 3 double and 2 triple rooms. All rooms have queen size bed (160 cm).The triple rooms can fit 4 persons with the second bed being a double folding sofa (160cm) fit for two. The shared facilities include indoor kitchen and dining area, outdoor covered kitchenette and dining area with TV, BBQ and pizza oven and a green yard. The house is located couple of step away from the main pedestrian alley leading to the center. There is only few minutes walk to most major landmarks in the town. Our guests can also benefit from the close proximity of most hotel pools, open to external guests.

Simada Blue guesthouse

Guesthouse Simada Blue opened for guests in 2019 and since then we have welcomed many foreign customers as well as locals. The house consists of 9 rooms, most of which have sea view. Each room has a double bed, a separate bathroom, Wi-fi and TV and offer access to our shared facilities. They include the indoor kitchen and dining area, the yard with outdoor dining space and BBQ, a sun-bathing deck and a panoramic terrace upstairs, which offers incredible scenery. We can host both individual guest and large groups up to 20 people. The parking is free. The nearest beach is just couple of minutes away by car. There are many landmarks, beaches, entertainment options and countless restaurants and bars in the area which creates good contrast with the secluded location of the house.
